David Byrne: “Strange Overtones”.

Had BBC Radio 2 on in work the other night (As per usual) and was lucky enough to hear the track ‘Strange Overtones’ By Brian Eno & David Byrne.

It’s my new favourite tune of the year so far by a mile.
I love the words, the music, the atmosphere of it, and the sheer simplicty of it.
It’s brilliance and I love it all.

And guess what else?
It’s available for free from their website:

BBC Radio 2 is a pretty good place to hear new decent music these days folks.
Of course, you get a lot of crap on it like you do with every station but more than occasionally, Radio 2 cranks out a gem like ‘Strange Overtones’.

Someone has made a wee simple video for the track too.
